Guardian is a simple, highly versatile staff protection system with a range of system configurations for personnel in low-risk environments, such as small hospitals, healthcare, education, commercial organisations and industry. It is designed to interface with other Blick systems to add an alarm facility.

A Guardian mobile can send four different types of alarms direct to a controller or any other pre-programmed telephone number. Alternatively, 'peer-to-peer' mobiles can send alarms to other Guardian mobiles, bringing assistance from colleagues, without the need for central equipment.

Datacall Guardian uses radio-based messaging technology and therefore is less prone to vandalism than infrared staff protection systems. Mobiles can be used both indoors and outdoors and on and off site.

BCL produces integrated messaging systems. All Blick systems are extremely flexible and can be adapted to interface with existing customer infrastructure and emerging requirements. Guardian can be integrated with third party fire alarms, telephone and building management systems.

Features & Benefits

Guardian can be as simple as two peer-to-peer mobiles, or it can be integrated with other Blick systems to offer a comprehensive solution. Typically, a normal system includes: paging transmitting infrastructure and autodialler, alarm mobiles and charging rack.
